These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website shineforwardconsulting.com and the services, programs, assessments, communications, and content offered by ShineForward Consulting LLC (“ShineForward™,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). 1. Our Services

ShineForward™ provides consulting, education, life coaching, and personalized optimization strategies for high-performing professionals and organizations. Program details, deliverables, and investment are confirmed individually with each client.

2. Not Medical Advice

ShineForward™ does not practice medicine and does not diagnose or treat medical conditions. All content and coaching are for informational and educational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All medical services — including labs, prescriptions, and peptide protocols — are delivered independently by a network of licensed medical partners when appropriate. Always consult your physician before making changes to your diet, exercise, supplements, or medications. Individual results vary; no specific outcome is guaranteed.

3. SMS Text Messaging Terms

By opting in to receive text messages from ShineForward™ (for example, by providing your phone number through our website, assessments, forms, or during enrollment), you agree to the following:

  • You consent to receive recurring text messages from ShineForward™, which may include appointment reminders, program and account updates, wellness content, and promotional offers.
  • Message frequency varies.
  • Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by your mobile carrier.
  • Opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed.

  • Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
  • Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Programs, Payments & Refunds

Program enrollment, payment terms, and any refund provisions are set out in the individual client agreement or invoice provided at enrollment. Prices and program contents are subject to change. Unless otherwise stated in your client agreement, payments are non-refundable once services (including lab or DNA testing orders) have begun.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and in our programs — including the ShineForward™ name and logo, the SHINE-FWD™ Method, program materials, curriculum, and assessments — is the property of ShineForward Consulting LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, resell, or create derivative works from our materials without written permission.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our website and Services only for lawful purposes, to provide accurate information, and not to interfere with the operation or security of the Services.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The website and Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShineForward Consulting LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or Services.
